Register online >> enter all information including store name and store phone number >> click save and then you will see 'USER GROUP" tab appear >> click on 'USER GROUP' tab and you will see selection showing 'RETAIL' and 'WHOLESALE' >> click on 'JOIN' link to the right side of the 'WHOLESALE'.

We will then verify your information within 24 hours, enable your wholesale account, and then send you a confirmation email.
