You can call us directly as well 703-883-0375. We will confirm the information, and then send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. From then on, when you login, you will see wholesale prices. (Please keep your eye on junk mail in your email system just in case our email ends up there)

We DO NOT disclose, sell, trade, or transfer your information to any outside parties. - Our collections are handmade-to-order. Returns will be accepted for quality issues. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving shipment. Please contact us or your representative for a Return Authorization number that must show on the returned package.
- Cancellation must be made before 2 weeks prior to the ship date. Otherwise 20% restocking fee will be charged.

- Fax Ordering: Fax your order in to 703-894-3391. Be sure to include basic information such as your business name, your name, business address, business phone number. Also please include your email address so that we can communicate with you efficiently.
- Phone Ordering: You can call our customer service at 703-883-0375 and place your order.
- Email Ordering: You can also email in your order to service@xovivo.com.
. - We take credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Net30 customers may pay with check or credit card for all transactions, however, be sure to check the box "Net30" at checkout.
